We believe leadership formation should not be limited by access, title, or circumstance. Leadership begins early and is shaped in everyday spaces — at home, in schools, and in communities.

Dr. Jameelah Henderson's professional journey began in the classroom and grew into school leadership. She has served as a teacher, instructional coach, curriculum developer, and principal, working in public and charter school systems across different states. She is also a two-time author whose work centers on faith, leadership, and personal growth.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, a Master’s in Teaching, an Educational Specialist degree in Leadership & School Administration , and a Doctorate in Leadership. She is also a graduate of the Truist Leadership Institute.
Dr. Henderson's approach is grounded in research and shaped by lived experience. Her work sits at the intersection of faith, education, and leadership. She believes leadership is formed early, strengthened through intentional guidance, and shaped by the values we practice every day.
